CCAA Charges definition

CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;
CCAA Charges means, collectively, the Administration Charge, the Supplier’s Charge, the Interim Lender’s Charge and the Directors’ Charge.
CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge, the Litigation Trustee’s Charge, the KERP Priority Charge, the Directors’ Priority Charge, the DIP ABL Lenders’ Charge, the DIP Term Lenders’ Charge, the KERP Subordinated Charge, and the Directors’ Subordinated Charge, the FA Charge, and any other charges granted by the Court in the CCAA Proceedings;

Examples of CCAA Charges in a sentence

  • For greater certainty, nothing in the Plan restricts or shall be deemed to restrict, payments on account of any Unaffected Claims that are secured by any of the CCAA Charges.

  • Persons with claims secured by the CCAA Charges, Secured Claims, Crown Priority Claims, or Post-Filing Ordinary Course Payables Claims shall not be entitled to vote at any Creditors’ Meeting in respect of the portion of their claim which is a claim secured by the CCAA Charges, a Secured Claim, a Crown Priority Claim or a Subsequent Claim.

  • On the Plan Implementation Date, the CCAA Charges (other than the Administration Charge and the Litigation Trustee’s Charge) shall be terminated in accordance with the Sanction Order.

  • The CCAA Charges shall terminate upon the filing of the Certificate of Performance.

  • Secured Claims (other than pursuant to the CCAA Charges) will be dealt with as provided for under agreements entered into or as may be hereafter entered into between the Company and the relevant Secured Creditor, or as may be ordered by the Court, and are unaffected by this Plan.


More Definitions of CCAA Charges

CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge, the Interim Lender’s Charge, and the Critical Supplier Charge, each as may be amended by Order of the CCAA Court;
CCAA Charges means, collectively, the Administration Charge, the Interim Lender’s Charge and the D&O Charge (as such terms are defined in the Initial Order) and any other charge over the Respondents’ assets created by any other Order in these CCAA Proceedings;
CCAA Charges means, collectively, the Administration Charges the Directors’ Charges, the Interim Lender Charge, and the Sale Advisor Charges (as such terms are defined in the Bloom Lake Initial Order and the Wabush Initial Order, and as such charges may be amended, modified or varied by further Court Order), as well as any other charge over the CCAA Parties’ assets created by Court Order;
CCAA Charges means the Proposal Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge; “CCAA Entities” has the meaning given to it in the Recitals;
CCAA Charges means, collectively, the Administration Charge, the Intercompany Charge and the D&O Charge.
CCAA Charges means the Director’s Charge, the Administration Charge and the Interim Lender Charge as defined in the Initial Order;
CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge.
