CCA Program means the Authority’s program relating to CCA that is principally described in Sections 2.4 and 5.1.

CCA Program means the Authority’s program relating to CCA that is principally described in Sections 2.3, 2.4, and 4.1.

This section shall not in any way be construed to limit the discretion of the Authority to hire its own employees to administer the CCA Program or any other program.
Nothing contained in this Article or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Authority to terminate the implementation or operation of the CCA Program at any time in accordance with any applicable requirements of state law.

CCA Program means DCE’s program relating to CCA that is principally described in Article 2 of this Agreement.

CCA Program means the Authority's program relating to CCA that is principally described in Section 2.4 (Purpose) of this Agreement.

CCA Program or “Program” means a municipal energy procurement program, which replaces the incumbent utility as the default supplier for all Eligible Customers within the Participating Municipality, as defined in the PSC CCA Order.
