Cayman National means Cayman National Bank (Isle of Man) Limited and which expression shall also include Associated Companies and Employees providing services to you pursuant to the Agreement. “Customer” means you, the person(s) in whose name(s) the Account is opened and who/which signs the Application Form and who instructs, or requests, Cayman National to provide the Services.   • Instructions from the Undersigned to Cayman National shall take effect upon actual acknowledgement by Xxxxxx National of such instructions.

  • The Undersigned shall be responsible for the payment of all other fees and expenses payable and/or incurred by Cayman National on behalf of the Undersigned under this Agreement.

  • Cayman National will cancel the Card only upon receipt of the request in writing.

  • Cayman National is willing to communicate with the Undersigned via the internet.
