The payment obligations of the Catholic Entities, the Seminaries, the Parish Settling Insurers, and the Seminary Settling Insurers are several, not joint.
Within ten days of the Confirmation Order becoming a Non-Appealable Order, the Catholic Entities and the Seminaries shall each pay to the Trust their separately agreed-upon contribution amounts.
