Catholic Entities definition

Catholic Entities means the Archdiocesan Parishes and those Persons listed on Exhibit M.
Catholic Entities means the entities set out in Schedule A hereto.
Catholic Entities means the Diocesan Parishes, the Catholic schools and cemeteries located within the Diocese, including those listed on Exhibit M, and other non-Diocesan Catholic entities located within the Diocese that are listed on Exhibit M.

Examples of Catholic Entities in a sentence

  • The payment obligations of the Catholic Entities, the Seminaries, the Parish Settling Insurers, and the Seminary Settling Insurers are several, not joint.

  • Within ten days of the Confirmation Order becoming a Non-Appealable Order, the Catholic Entities and the Seminaries shall each pay to the Trust their separately agreed-upon contribution amounts.

  • The AMBP Settlement Amount, in the total amount of $4,000,000, which shall be paid in accordance with the terms of the settlement contemplated in Article IX, which will also constitute a portion of the contribution of Catholic Entities.

  • The total amount that will be paid to the Trust by the Catholic Entities, the Seminaries, the Parish Settling Insurers, and the Seminary Settling Insurers is $22,255,724.

  • Such contributions and payments shall include amounts paid by Settling Insurers on behalf of the Catholic Entities (as identified on Exhibit L).


More Definitions of Catholic Entities

Catholic Entities means those persons listed on Exhibit M.
Catholic Entities means the Archdiocese and the Related Entities.
Catholic Entities means those Persons listed on Exhibit M and their respective predecessors and successors, and all of the foregoing, past, present, and future members, shareholders, trustees, officers, directors, officials, employees, agents, representatives, servants, contractors, consultants, professionals, volunteers, attorneys, insiders, subsidiaries, merged or acquired companies or operations, and their successors and assigns.
Catholic Entities means the Diocesan Parishes and those Persons listed on Exhibit M.
Catholic Entities means those listed on Exhibit M.
Catholic Entities means those listed on Exhibit M1, if the Plan is implemented pursuant to Section 5.2, or M2 if the Plan is implemented pursuant to Section 5.3.

Related to Catholic Entities

  • Catholic means a member of a Church in full communion with the See of Rome. This includes the Latin Rite (Roman Catholics) and the Eastern Catholic Churches (see Appendix 3 of the Diocesan Admissions Guidance for a list of Churches in full communion with the See of Rome). This will normally be evidenced by a certificate of Baptism in a Catholic Church or a certificate of reception into the full communion of the Catholic Church. For the purposes of this policy, it includes a looked after child who is part of a Catholic family where a letter from a priest demonstrates that the child would have been baptised or received into the Church if it were not for their status as a looked after child (e.g. a looked after child in the process of adoption by a Catholic family).

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.

  • CCR means the California Code of Regulations.

  • Released Entities means released entities as such term is defined

  • Public entity means this State, a political subdivision of this STATE or an agency, board, commission or department of this state or a political subdivision of this state.

  • Health Care Operations shall have the meaning given to such term under the HIPAA 2 Privacy Rule in 45 CFR § 164.501.

  • Restricted companies means companies that boycott Israel.

  • Holding Entities means the subsidiaries of the Infrastructure Partnership, from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of the Partnership’s interests in the operating entities.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.
