Category D definition

Category D means a chopper-out, cutter and/or re-cutter, negative maker, screen maker (engraver), screen printer and sample cutter;

Category D integrated desktop computer means an integrated desktop computer with:

Attachment D identifies the potential Subcontracts that must be executed as new Contracts are Novated to New SAIC. As these Subcontracts are executed by the Parties, they will automatically be incorporated into Attachment D. Article V governs the process for entering into Subcontracts following Novation.
Category D in respect of a private consulting practice, shall mean all other salaried technical staff with adequate expertise and relevant experience performing work with direction and control provided by any person contemplated in categories A, B or C.
