Categories of data subject definition

Categories of data subject any individual: (i) whose email address is included in the User’s distribution list; (ii) whose information is stored or collected via the Services, or (iii) to whom the User sends emails or otherwise engages or communicates with via the Services and more precisely Customers and prospects.
