CAT Data definition

CAT Data means data derived from Participant Data, Industry Member Data, SIP Data, and such other data as the Operating Committee may designate as “CAT Data” from time to time.

Examples of CAT Data in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Section 6.9(c), an amendment to the Technical Specifications shall be deemed “material” if it would require a Participant or an Industry Member to engage in significant changes to the coding necessary to submit information to the Central Repository pursuant to this Agreement or if it is required to safeguard the security or confidentiality of the CAT Data (“Material Amendment”).

  • The Participants shall establish, maintain and enforce written policies and procedures reasonably designed to (1) ensure the confidentiality of the CAT Data obtained from the Central Repository; and (2) limit the use of CAT Data obtained from the Central Repository solely for surveillance and regulatory purposes.

  • The Plan Processor shall publish technical specifications that are at a minimum consistent with Appendices C and D, and updates thereto as needed, providing detailed instructions regarding the submission of CAT Data by Participants and Industry Members to the Plan Processor for entry into the Central Repository (collectively, the “Technical Specifications”).

  • Regulators will have access to processed CAT Data through two different methods; an online targeted query tool, and user-defined direct queries and bulk extracts.

  • CAT Reporting Agent shall submit all CAT Data that the CAT Reporter that engaged the CAT Reporting Agent is required by the Plan to submit to the CAT System.

  • CAT Reporter shall ensure that it and each of its Authorized Users: (a) use appropriate safeguards to ensure the confidentiality of CAT Data and (b) do not use CAT Data stored in the Central Repository for any purpose other than a purpose expressly authorized by the CAT NMS Plan.

  • CAT Reporter may access and use the CAT System only for the purpose of submitting CAT Data related to its business operations and correcting such CAT Data as provided in Section 3.3 and, in the event that CAT Reporter is a Participant, for such other uses as set forth in the CAT NMS Plan.

  • CAT Reporting Agent represents and warrants to CATLLC that CAT Reporting Agent has the full legal right to submit to the CAT System the CAT Data submitted by CAT Reporting Agent to the CAT System on behalf of the CAT Reporter that engaged CAT Reporting Agent.

Related to CAT Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • fingerprint data means the data relating to the four fingerprints of the index, middle finger, ring finger and little finger from the right hand where present, and otherwise from the left hand;
