Casual Staff definition

Casual Staff means any staff engaged on an irregular day-to-day basis or hourly hire.
Casual Staff means a staff member employed on an hourly rate and who is engaged to work only on an “as and when” required basis; is under no obligation to accept work offered; is employed for a discrete casual work engagement(s); is paid in full at the end of each completed casual work engagement (including holiday pay).
