Casual position definition

Casual position means a position established at any percentage of time fixed or variable, for less than one (1) year, or a position established at a fixed or variable percentage of time at less than fifty percent (50%) of full time regardless of the duration of the position.
Casual position means a position filled on an “as needed” basis.
