Related to Casual Male

  • Casual means an employee engaged on an irregular basis without the expectation of continuous work by the hour up to a maximum of 12 hours per shift. As such casual employees are considered as a supplementary workforce. Provided that where the employer requires only one hour or less on any one day the employer shall pay for actual time worked.
