Casual Hourly Rate means the hourly rate of pay for casual Employees as set out in clause 4.1.1 of this Agreement.   • Employees Permanent Casual Hourly Rate Hourly Rate $ $ Level 7 – Option 1 (incorporates a 25% loading in 21.76 lieu of penalties for additional hours (pursuant to clause 7.3) and public holidays (pursuant to clause 12).

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.
