Casino Hotel definition

Casino Hotel means the casino and hotel complex currently known as the "Xxxxx Xxxxxx Hotel Casino" in Atlantic City, New Jersey and ancillary structures, marina and other facilities and all furniture, fixtures and equipment at any time contained therein, in each case owned by or leased to Borrower and covered by the Liens of the Credit Facility Mortgage Documents.
Casino Hotel means any hotel or similar hospitality facility with at least 100 rooms owned by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary and serving a Casino.

For the purpose of exceeding the maximum casino size specified in the Casino Control Act, an approved casino hotel may, by means of physical connection, annex additional buildings or facilities. “Physical connection,” for the purposes of this definition, means an enclosed permanent pedestrian passageway.
