Cash Sweep Event definition

Cash Sweep Event means the occurrence of: (a) an Event of Default; (b) any Bankruptcy Action of Borrower or Manager; or (c) a DSCR Trigger Event.

• So long as no Cash Sweep Event (as defined in the Park Avenue Mortgage Loan Documents) exists, all funds deposited into the Lockbox Account are required to be transferred on each business day to or at the direction of the Park Avenue Property Owner.

More Definitions of Cash Sweep Event

Cash Sweep Event has the meaning set forth in Appendix 7.

Cash Sweep Event means the occurrence of: (a) an Event of Default or (b) a Debt Yield Trigger Event.

For the purposes of this definition, amounts on deposit in the Cure Account will be deemed to be included in the Borrowing Base.
