Cash Shortfall definition

Cash Shortfall means (a) NIS 695,000,000 minus (b) the Available Cash; provided that if the Cash Shortfall is a negative number, for the purposes of this Agreement the Cash Shortfall shall be deemed to equal zero (0).
Cash Shortfall has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
Cash Shortfall means a Cash shortfall of the Borrower (whether in respect of operating or non-operating costs), including without limitation a Cash shortfall from cost overruns from capital expenditures or arising from reclamations of public allowances or grants (Investitionszulagen / Investitionszuschüsse) by the Federal/State Guarantor.

Examples of Cash Shortfall in a sentence

  • If the Manager determines at any time that the Required Member Withholding with respect to a particular Member exceeds the amount of distributions or other amounts payable to such Member at such time (a “Cash Shortfall”), the Member in question shall immediately make a cash contribution to the Company equal to the amount of such Cash Shortfall, which the Manager shall use to effectuate the Required Member Withholding.

  • At any time, the Participating Company may (i) request the restitution in whole or in part of the Deposit to cover its Cash Shortfall as indicated in Article 5.2 or (ii) as provided for by Article 2.1 (B) to settle by means of delegation a debt to a creditor Participating Company of the Group.

More Definitions of Cash Shortfall

Cash Shortfall means the amount (if any) by which the Actual Cash Amount is less than the Estimated Cash Amount;
Cash Shortfall shall refer, for a given Business Day, to an amount equal to any net debit balance of all Operating Accounts of the Participating Company denominated in Currency within the limit of the amounts debited that same Business Day by the Company concerned from its Secondary Account.
