Cash Order means an Order paid for by cash.

Examples of Cash Order in a sentence

  • The Customer agrees that: (a) use of Codes constitutes a security procedure for verifying the authenticity of a Cash Order as being that of the Customer (“Security Procedure”); and (b) the Customer is bound by any Cash Order, the authenticity of which is verified as being that of the Customer by Bank using the Security Procedure; and any Cancellation.

  • No agreement or instruction of the Customer restricting acceptance of any Cash Order or Cancellation is binding on Bank, except as set forth in these Service Terms or in a writing signed by Customer and Bank.

  • A Cash Order may only be amended orally or telephonically and Bank will not be responsible for any change in a Cash Order it has received, unless due to the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Bank, its employees or agents.

  • These Security Procedures do not apply to Cash Order requests made by the Customer at one of our branch locations when the Customer is making a “cash for cash” exchange or issuing a check to debit the Customer’s account at Bank.

  • Process means the process agreed between you and us that you must follow in order to withdraw your consent in respect of a Cash Order.

  • Unless, within three (3) business days after receipt of notification of the execution of a Cash Order, the Customer notifies Bank in writing that a Cash Order was unauthorized or otherwise unenforceable against the Customer, Bank shall not be liable for executing the Cash Order as notified, including any loss of interest.

  • The completed form and proper documentation must be post marked within 48 hours of receipt of the Cash Order.

  • If there are insufficient funds in the designated account, Bank is authorized to refuse the Cash Order, to fill a partial Cash Order, to debit the designated account even if such debit causes an overdraft, or to debit any other account of the Customer at the Bank.

  • A Cash Order may be cancelled by the Customer orally, telephonically, electronically or in writing by a person the Bank reasonably believes to be authorized to act for the Customer and only if the cancellation is received within a reasonable time before the Cash is delivered to the Courier (“Cancellation”).

  • If you place a Cash Order on a non-Business Day we will deem it to be received at the beginning of the next Business Day.

Cash Order means an Order paid for by cash. Chargeback means a fee charged to us by a financial institution (e.g. a Customer’s card issuing bank or merchant acquirer) in relation to the reversal of a card transaction. Customer a person who has used an Order Channel to place an Order. Data Protection Legislation means the GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act 2018, Directive 2002/58/EC, each as amended, revised and replaced, and/or any legislation implementing or made pursuant to them, or which amends, replaces, re enacts or consolidates any of them, and all other applicable laws relating to processing of personal data and privacy that may exist in any relevant jurisdiction, including, where applicable, the guidance and codes of practice issued by supervisory authorities. "data controller", "data processor", "data subject", "personal data", "personal data breach", "processing", and "appropriate technical and organisational measures" will be interpreted in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation. Delivery Partner (if applicable) means (i) one of our Affiliates, (ii) an independent contractor, or (iii) a third party delivery company, in each case selected by us to provide Delivery Services.

Related to Cash Order

  • Interim DIP Order means an interim order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Loans, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents on an interim basis, which order shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex C (or in form and substance acceptable to the Required DIP Lenders).

  • Final DIP Order means a final order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the DIP Motion, which order shall be consistent in all material respects with this Agreement and otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Requisite Parties.

  • Sales Order means any order form or other writing agreed between Customer and Reseller Partner identifying the Services to be made available by Expel pursuant to this Agreement, the subscription term, and any limitations or restrictions in connection with Customer’s access to and use of such Services.

  • Confirmation Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court confirming the Plan pursuant to section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Approval Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to Sections 363 and 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, authorizing and approving, among other things, (a) the sale of the Purchased Assets (b) the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities by Purchaser and (c) the assumption and assignment of the Purchased Contracts, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which will be in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Parties.

  • Interim Order means the interim order of the Court, as the same may be amended, in respect of the Arrangement, as contemplated by Section 2.3;
