Cash Management Products definition

Cash Management Products means any one or more of the following types of services or facilities extended to Borrower by Agent, any Lender or any Affiliate of Agent or a Lender in reliance on Agent’s or such Lender’s agreement to indemnify such Affiliate: (i) Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and other similar money transfer services; (ii) cash management, including controlled disbursement and lockbox services; (iii) establishing and maintaining deposit accounts; and (iv) credit cards or stored value cards.
Cash Management Products means each and any of the following services provided to a Grantor by any Cash Management Bank: (i) credit cards for commercial customers (including, without limitation, commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), (ii) stored value cards and (iii) treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).
Cash Management Products means money market instruments (including cash, bank financing products, fixed time deposits, wholesale deposits, monetary fund and other financial instruments with good liquidity recognized by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the PRC and the People’s Bank of the PRC), highly liquid financial products (T+1) and financial planning initiated and operated by insurance companies.

Cash Management Products means (a) cash and treasury management services, including controlled disbursement and lockbox services and (b) services relating to the establishment and maintenance of deposit accounts.

Cash Management Products means Bank Products (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement (or a comparable provision of a loan or credit agreement the debt under which Refinances the ABL Obligations)), including, without limitation, any one or more of the following types of services or facilities extended to any of the Grantors or their Affiliates by ABL Agent, any Bank Product Provider (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement) or any Affiliate of ABL Agent or an ABL Lender in reliance on ABL Agent’s or such ABL Lender’s agreement to indemnify such Affiliate: (a) credit cards, (b) credit card processing services, (c) debit cards, (d) stored value cards, (e) purchase cards (including so-called “procurement cards” or “P-cards”), (f) transactions under Hedging Agreements; or (g) cash management or related services including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, netting, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system).
Cash Management Products means any one or more of the following types of services or facilities extended to any of the Loan Parties or any of their Subsidiaries: (a) Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, electronic funds transfer, and other similar money transfer services; (b) cash management, treasury, overdraft, lockbox arrangements, and other similar services; (c) the establishment and maintenance of depository accounts and other depository services; (d) credit cards, debit cards, or stored value cards; and (e) other similar or related bank products and services.
Cash Management Products means any one or more of the following types of services or facilities extended to any Credit Party by any Lender or any Affiliate of any Lender: (a) credit cards; (b) automatic clearing house transactions; (c) any other services provided under Cash Management Agreements; and (d) foreign exchange; provided, that for any of the foregoing to be included as a "Cash Management Product" hereunder: (i) at or prior to the time that any transaction relating to such Cash Management Product is executed (other than Cash Management Products existing on the Closing Date for which such written notice shall be required to be delivered on the Closing Date), the applicable Lender (other than JPMorgan and JPMorgan Canada) or its Affiliate (other than Affiliates of JPMorgan and JPMorgan Canada) must have delivered to the Administrative Agent written notice that such transaction has been entered into and that it constitutes a Cash Management Product entitled to the benefits of this Agreement and the Security Instruments and (ii) the applicable Borrower must be permitted to enter into such arrangement under the terms of this Agreement then in effect or must not be restricted from entering into such arrangement under the terms of this Agreement then in effect.
