Cash Management Obligations definition

Cash Management Obligations means (a) obligations in respect of any treasury management services, overdraft and related liabilities arising from treasury, depository, cash pooling arrangements and cash management services or any automated clearing house transfers of funds and (b) other obligations in respect of netting services, employee credit, commercial credit card, debit card, stored value card or purchase card programs and similar arrangements.
Cash Management Obligations means obligations owed by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to any Cash Management Bank in connection with, or in respect of, any Cash Management Services.
Cash Management Obligations means, with respect to any Person, all obligations of such Person in respect of overdrafts and related liabilities owed to any other Person that arise from treasury, depositary or cash management services, including in connection with any automated clearing house transfers of funds, or any similar transactions.

  • In furtherance of the foregoing, no Hedge Agreement the obligations under which constitute Specified Hedge Agreement obligations and no other agreements the obligations under which constitute Cash Management Obligations, in each case will create (or be deemed to create) in favor of any Secured Party that is a party thereto any rights in connection with the management or release of any Collateral or of the obligations of any Loan Party under this Agreement or any other Loan Document.

Cash Management Obligations means obligations owed by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary (or Person that was a Restricted Subsidiary at the time any of the following services were provided) to any Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender in respect of (1) any overdraft and related liabilities arising from treasury, depository and cash management services or any automated clearing house transfers of funds and (2) the Company’s or any Subsidiary’s participation in commercial (or purchasing) card programs at any Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender (“card obligations”).
Cash Management Obligations means all obligations and liabilities of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries owed to any Lender or any Affiliate thereof arising under or in connection with any Cash Management Document.

Cash Management Obligations means obligations owed by any Loan Party to any Cash Management Bank in respect of or in connection with Cash Management Services and designated by the Cash Management Bank and the Borrower in writing to the Administrative Agent as “Cash Management Obligations” under this Agreement (but only if such obligations have not been designated as “Cash Management Obligations” under the ABL Credit Agreement).
