Cash Incentive Bonus definition

Cash Incentive Bonus means the Participant's portion (if any) of Fund American's annual cash bonus pool normally awarded by the Board of Directors to Fund American employees shortly after the close of the calendar year, which is the relevant time frame used to judge such performance.
Cash Incentive Bonus means the regular annual bonus (commonly referred to as incentive compensation), to the extent that it is payable in cash, and also includes any other bonus designated by the Committee to the extent that it is payable in cash.

Cash Incentive Bonus has the meaning set forth in Section 6.21.
Cash Incentive Bonus means an amount equal to the aggregate cash bonuses earned by Executive under any cash incentive plan or other discretionary performance bonuses for the applicable Annual Service Period, but shall specifically exclude the annual Christmas gift bonus paid generally to all employees. The retention bonus shall be paid within 30 days after the final portion of the bonus under the 2006 Senior Executive Incentive Plan, or other applicable incentive plan, has been approved by the Compensation Committee. In order to clarify the foregoing retention bonus provision, the following examples are provided. Example 1: If Executive were to receive $150,000 in “Cash Incentive Bonusesrelated to performance in 2010, Executive’s retention bonus would be $100,000 (determined by subtracting $150,000 from $250,000). Example 2: If Executive were to receive $350,000 in “Cash Incentive Bonuses” related to performance in 2013, Executive’s retention bonus would be $0 (determined by reducing $300,000 by the $350,000 in “Cash Incentive Bonuses”).

Related to Cash Incentive Bonus

  • Incentive Bonus means a bonus opportunity awarded under Section 9 pursuant to which a Participant may become entitled to receive an amount based on satisfaction of such performance criteria as are specified in the Award Agreement.

  • Cash Incentive Award means a cash award granted pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan.

  • Bonus Amount means the greater of (i) the average annual incentive bonus earned by Executive from the Company (or its affiliates) during the last three (3) completed fiscal years of the Company immediately preceding Executive’s Date of Termination (annualized in the event Executive was not employed by the Company (or its affiliates) for the whole of any such fiscal year), and (ii) the Executive’s target annual incentive bonus for the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • Bonus means the bonus described in the Section 2.3.

  • Incentive Payment means the payment to a STGU, including an AOBC Generation Unit, for RPS class I Renewable Generation Attributes and/or Environmental Attributes produced by these units, calculated pursuant to Section 7.0 below.

  • Clawback Eligible Incentive Compensation means all Incentive-based Compensation Received by an Executive Officer (i) on or after the effective date of the applicable Nasdaq rules, (ii) after beginning service as an Executive Officer, (iii) who served as an Executive Officer at any time during the applicable performance period relating to any Incentive-based Compensation (whether or not such Executive Officer is serving at the time the Erroneously Awarded Compensation is required to be repaid to the Company), (iv) while the Company has a class of securities listed on a national securities exchange or a national securities association, and (v) during the applicable Clawback Period (as defined below).

  • Incentive Pay means an annual amount equal to the aggregate annual bonus, in addition to Base Pay, made or to be made in regard to services rendered in any calendar year or performance period pursuant to any bonus plan of the Company.

  • Bonus Compensation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(b).

  • Target Annual Bonus has the meaning set forth in Subsection 3b.

  • Other Incentive Award means an Award denominated in, linked to or derived from Shares or value metrics related to Shares, granted pursuant to Section 9.6 hereof.
