Cash Holdings definition

Cash Holdings of any Person means the total investment of such Person at the time of determination in:
Cash Holdings means the Borrower's cash in the Borrower's stores, plus the Borrower's cash in the Borrower's depository accounts with Administrative Agent, plus the Borrower's cash in the Borrower's depository accounts with Other Financial Institutions, plus the amount of items of the Borrower in clearing at the Administrative Agent and at Other Financial Institutions, plus cash of the Borrower in transit with armored couriers.
Cash Holdings means the sum of (i) cash held in stores, (ii) cash in depository accounts maintained with the Agent, (iii) cash in depository accounts with financial institutions that have executed and delivered a Deposit Account Control Agreement for the benefit of the Agent, (iv) the amount of items in clearing with the Agent or any financial institution that is a party to a Deposit Account Control Agreement, and (v) Cash Equivalents held with securities intermediaries that have executed and delivered a Securities Account Control Agreement for the benefit of the Agent, and (vi) cash in transit with armored carriers.

More Definitions of Cash Holdings

Cash Holdings means the amount of Cash held in MogoCrypto and available to use for the purpose of buying cryptocurrencies. Your Cash Holdings are held on your behalf at a Schedule 1 Canadian Bank in one or more trust accounts in the name of, and managed by, our Exchange Partner(s). Your current cash balance is displayed in your MogoAccount. Your Cash Holdings are not insured on your behalf by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other deposit insurer.
Cash Holdings means all cash and cash equivalents, including funds held in checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, time deposits, bankers acceptances, treasury securities, debt securities with maturities of thirty-six months or less, and government bonds with maturities of thirty-six months or less.

Related to Cash Holdings

  • Direct holdings means all publicly traded securities of a company that are held directly by the state treasurer or a retirement system in an actively managed account or fund in which the retirement system owns all shares or interests.

  • Holdings as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • mixed financial holding company means a mixed financial holding company as defined in point (21) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;

  • Indirect holdings means all securities of a company that are held in an account or fund, including a mutual fund, that is managed by one or more persons who are not employed by the state treasurer or a retirement system, if the state treasurer or retirement system owns shares or interests either:

  • Intermediate Holding Company means any Subsidiary of Holdings (of which Holdings, directly or indirectly, owns 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests) that, directly or indirectly, owns 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests of the Lead Borrower.

  • Intermediate Holdings shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Intermediate Holdco as defined in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • CFC Holding Company means each Domestic Subsidiary that is treated as a partnership or a disregarded entity for United States federal income tax purposes and that has no material assets other than assets that consist (directly or indirectly through disregarded entities or partnerships) of Equity Interests or indebtedness (as determined for United States tax purposes) in one or more CFCs.

  • Foreign Subsidiary Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary that is a direct parent of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries and holds, directly or indirectly, no other assets other than Equity Interests of Foreign Subsidiaries and other de minimis assets related thereto.

  • Permitted Holdings Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.01(a)(xviii).

  • Bank Holding Company means a company registered as such with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System pursuant to 12 U.S.C. §1842 and the regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System thereunder.

  • Ultimate Parent means a Company, which owns not less than fifty-one percent (51%) equity either directly or indirectly in the Parent and Affiliates.

  • Intermediate Parent means any Subsidiary of Holdings and of which the Borrower is a subsidiary.

  • Qualified CFC Holding Company means a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Issuer that is a Delaware limited liability company that is treated as a disregarded entity for U.S. federal income tax purposes, the primary asset of which consists of Equity Interests in either (i) one or more Foreign Subsidiaries or (ii) a Delaware limited liability company the primary asset of which consists of Equity Interests in one or more Foreign Subsidiaries.

  • Domestic Foreign Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower that owns no material assets (held directly or indirectly through one or more disregarded entities) other than capital stock (or capital stock and/or debt) of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries that are CFCs and/or Domestic Foreign Holding Companies.

  • Holdings LLC Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Holdings dated as of the Closing Date.

  • mixed-activity holding company means a parent undertaking, other than a financial holding company or an institution or a mixed financial holding company, the subsidiaries of which include at least one institution;

  • EDFR means the Eurosystem Deposit Facility Rate, the rate on the deposit facility, which banks may use to make overnight deposits with the Eurosystem (comprising the European Central Bank and the national central banks of those countries that have adopted the Euro) as published on the Website of the European Central Bank;

  • Ultimate Parent Company means a company which owns at least twenty six percent (26%) equity in the Bidding Company or Member of a Consortium, (as the case may be) and in the Technically Evaluated Entity and/or Financially Evaluated Entity (as the case may be) and such Bidding Company or Member of a Consortium, (as the case may be) and the Technically Evaluated Entity and/or Financially Evaluated Entity (as the case may be) shall be under the direct control or indirectly under the common control of such company;

  • Subsidiary Partnership means any partnership of which the partnership interests therein are owned by the General Partner or a direct or indirect subsidiary of the General Partner.
