Examples of Cash Escrow Deposit in a sentence

  • Any portion of the Third Cash Escrow Deposit remaining after payment of all of the obligations referred to in the last sentence of the foregoing subsection "a" shall be disbursed to the Buyer upon completion of the reverse merger referred to in such sentence.

  • Similarly, no disbursements from the Third Cash Escrow Deposit shall be made until the Second Cash Escrow Deposit has been fully disbursed.
