Cash Escrow and Sponsor Bank Agreement definition

Cash Escrow and Sponsor Bank Agreement means the agreement entered into between our Company, the Selling Shareholders, the Registrar to the Offer, the Lead Managers, the Syndicate Member, the Banker(s) to the Offer, inter alia, the appointment of the Sponsor Banks in accordance with the UPI Circular, for the collection of the Bid Amounts from Anchor Investors, transfer of funds to the Public Offer Account and where applicable, refunds of the amounts collected from Bidders, on the terms and conditions thereof. “Company” has the meaning attributed to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
