Cash Escrow Account definition

Cash Escrow Account means the cash escrow account established by an escrow agreement of even date with the Indenture into which Delta Financial Corporation shall deposit funds to pay accrued interest on the Notes pursuant to Section 4.24 of the Indenture.
Cash Escrow Account has the meaning specified in Section 2.5.
Cash Escrow Account means the cash escrow account established by an escrow agreement of even date herewith into which the Company shall deposit funds to pay accrued interest on the Senior Notes in accordance with Section 4.24.
