Cash Custodian definition

Cash Custodian means UMB Bank, N.A., together with its permitted successors and assigns, or any other Person from time to time engaged by the Trust to assist with custody of the Trust’s U.S. dollars.

Cash Custodian means an entity designated to act as custodian of the Trust’s cash pursuant to a written agreement with the Trust or Sponsor on behalf of the Trust.
