Cash Benefit definition

Cash Benefit means the cash payment that each Settlement Class Member who submits a valid and timely Claim will receive from the Net Settlement Fund.
Cash Benefit means the amount credited in a dollar amount under the Plan on behalf of a Participant as a result of such Participant's Deferred Compensation and any Interest credited thereon.
Cash Benefit means the cash benefit of $500 payable under Section 2.
