Casework services definition

Casework services means services performed or arranged by a public children services agency, private child placing agency, private noncustodial agency, or public entity with whom the department of job and family services has a Title IV-E subgrant agreement in effect, to manage the progress, provide supervision and protection of the child and the child's parent, guardian, or custodian.
Casework services means the combination of activities whereby PNMI- Child Placing Agency staff carry out the process of assisting people in reaching and implementing decisions for themselves and their children. This process is carried out within a meaningful professional relationship.
Casework services means services provided through interventions which help individuals or families improve their functioning in society.
