Case Head definition

Case Head means the head of the household that is applying for Medicaid.
Case Head means the case member who is responsible for providing information necessary to determine eligibility and calculate benefits, and report income. The case head may be either adult in the case.
Case Head means person applying for or on behalf of possible eligible client to receive benefits, may also be referred to as debtor by restitution services.
