Carryover Shortfall Reserve Fund definition

Carryover Shortfall Reserve Fund. A fund created as part of the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 4.07 of this Agreement but which is not an asset of any of the REMICs.
Carryover Shortfall Reserve Fund. The separate fund created and initially maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Holders of the LIBOR Certificates and the Class 1-X and Class 2-X Certificates and designated "The Bank of New York in trust for registered holders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-59, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-59." Funds in the Carryover Shortfall Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Holders of the LIBOR Certificates and the Class 1-X and Class 2-X Certificates for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Carryover Shortfall Reserve Fund. An "outside reserve fund" within the meaning of Treasury regulation Section 1.860G-2(h), which is not an asset of any REMIC, ownership of which is evidenced by the Class I-X Certificates, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04. Certificate: Any mortgage pass-through certificate evidencing a beneficial ownership interest in the Trust Fund signed by the Trustee and countersigned by the Certificate Registrar in substantially the forms annexed hereto as Exhibits A-1, A-2, A-3, anx X-0 xxxx xxe blanks therein appropriately completed.

  • The Carryover Shortfall Reserve Fund shall not be an asset of any REMIC established by this Agreement.
