Carrier Contract definition

Carrier Contract has the meaning specified in Section 2.9(a)(vii).
Carrier Contract means the supply agreement (if any) to be entered into prior to the Closing between Sullair Corporation and Carrier Corporation in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Purchaser.
