Caribbean Basin definition

Caribbean Basin means the following territories: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Barbados, Bermuda, The British Virgin Islands, The Cayman Islands, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Turks and Xxxxxx Islands.
Caribbean Basin shall have the meaning as set out in Schedule 5;
Caribbean Basin means the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Netherlands Antilles, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, The Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, The British Virgin Islands, The Cayman Islands, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Xxxxxxs. "Latin America" means each country comprising Central and South America from the U.S.-Mexican border to Tierra del Fuego.
