CARES Act Funds definition

CARES Act Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 3.28.
CARES Act Funds means the money distributed to the County by the United States Department of Treasury pursuant to section 601(a) of the Social Security Act, as added by section 5001 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.
CARES Act Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 4.20.
