Care Level definition

Care Level means our fault repair response times for Phone and Broadband Services specified in Clause 17.3(e);
Care Level means the level of care that applies to the Service and which determines the times that the Company will provide cover for faults, whether Standard Care or Enhanced Care.
Care Level means the level of Incident repair service as set out in the Paragraph 8, Table 1: Care Levels in Part C (Service Levels).

Examples of Care Level in a sentence

  • Schedule B – Aged Care Classifications Progression from Aged Care Level One Employees who are new to the industry and/or have less than three months work experience in the industry may be classified at this level.

  • Once this has been established, employers should appoint new employees according to basic duties and indicative tasks under the Aged Care Level 1 to 7, together with the employee’s skill, knowledge, experience and competence.

Related to Care Level

  • Share Level means the level of the Share as determined by the Determination Agent by reference to the level of the Share published by the Exchange.

  • Base Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month which is 12 calendar months prior to the month for which the Substitute Index Level is being determined;

  • Mean Sea Level means the average height of the sea for all stages of the tide. It is used as a reference for establishing various elevations within the floodplain. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term is synonymous with the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, to which Base Flood Elevations shown on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map are referenced.

  • Highest-level owner means the entity that owns or controls an immediate owner of the offeror, or that owns or controls one or more entities that control an immediate owner of the offeror. No entity owns or exercises control of the highest level owner.

  • Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index

  • Licensed Level means a) when referenced in the context of a Named User, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Named User category and type is licensed -and- b) when referenced in the context of a Package, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Package is licensed; and

  • Poverty level means the annual family income for a family unit of a particular size, as specified in the poverty guidelines updated annually in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.

  • Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
