Care Home Accommodation Functions definition

Care Home Accommodation Functions means the functions set out under Regulation 19(2) of the Partnership Arrangements (Wales) Regulations 2015 insofar as they relate to adults aged 65 or over unless varied otherwise under this Agreement.
Care Home Accommodation Functions means the care home accommodation functions as defined at Regulation 19 (2) of the Partnership Arrangements (Wales) Regulations 2015, which for the avoidance of doubt relates to Adults
Care Home Accommodation Functions means the care home accommodation functions as defined at Regulation 19 (2) of the Partnership Arrangements (Wales) Regulations 2015, which for the avoidance of doubt relates to Adults "Commencement Date" means 01 April 2018 "Councils" means Carmarthenshire County Council, Ceredigion County Council and Pembrokeshire County Council and their statutory successors “Data” means any data, document, code, information, Personal Data in connection with this Agreement.

  • It describes the key features of the Service being purchased, and is subject to the Contract Agreement for Care Home Accommodation Functions (“the Contract”).

  • Funeral services means services customarily performed by a mortuary science licensee who is licensed pursuant to article 18 of the occupational code, 1980 PA 299, MCL 339.1801 to 339.1812. Funeral services include, but are not limited to, care of dead human remains, embalming, preparation of dead human remains for final disposition, professional services relating to a funeral or an alternative to a funeral or final disposition of dead human remains, transportation of dead human remains, limousine services, use of facilities or equipment for viewing dead human remains, visitation, memorial services, or services which are used in connection with a funeral or alternative to a funeral, coordinating or conducting funeral rites or ceremonies, cremations, and other services provided in connection with a funeral, alternative to a funeral, or final disposition of dead human remains.

  • Housing Services means the active search and promotion of individual access to, and choice in, safe and affordable housing that is appropriate to the individual's age, culture, and needs.

  • Primary care services means the services in respect of which NHS England has a duty or power to make arrangements pursuant to the Primary Care Functions;

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Public accommodation means each and every place, establishment, or facility of whatever kind, nature, or class that caters or offers services, facilities, or goods for a fee or charge to nonmembers of any organization or association utilizing the place, establishment, or facility, provided that any place, establishment, or facility that caters or offers services, facilities, or goods to the nonmembers gratuitously shall be deemed a public accommodation if the accommodation receives governmental support or subsidy. Public accommodation shall not mean any bona fide private club or other place, establishment, or facility which is by its nature distinctly private, except when such distinctly private place, establishment, or facility caters or offers services, facilities, or goods to the nonmembers for fee or charge or gratuitously, it shall be deemed a public accommodation during such period. “Public accommodation” includes each state and local government unit or tax-supported district of whatever kind, nature, or class that offers services, facilities, benefits, grants or goods to the public, gratuitously or otherwise. This paragraph shall not be construed by negative implication or otherwise to restrict any part or portion of the pre-existing

  • School function means any school-sponsored extra-curricular event or activity.

  • PREVENTIVE CARE SERVICES means covered healthcare services performed to prevent the occurrence of disease as defined by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). See Preventive Care and Early Detection Services in Section 3. PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER (PCP) means, for the purpose of this plan, professional providers that are family practitioners, internists, and pediatricians. For the purpose of this plan, gynecologists, obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants may be credentialed as PCPs.   • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
