Care Facility definition

Care Facility or “facility” means:
Care Facility means the building and facilities in the Village providing rest home and hospital accommodation and care, and care for any resident who either on a temporary or permanent basis is unable to live independently. “Code of Practice” means a code of practice which the Operator must comply with pursuant to Section 92 of the Act.

Care Facility means the building and facilities in the Village providing dementia and continuing care hospital accommodation and care, and care for any Resident who either on a temporary or permanent basis is unable to live independently.
Care Facility means:
Care Facility means a congregate care facility or assisted living facility, nursing home, hospice, hospital or other healthcare facility.
Care Facility means a facility described in Subsections 26-6-6(2) through (6).
Care Facility means a freestanding outpatient care facility, other than a physician’s office or hospital facility that has the primary purpose of rendering Urgent Care Services.
