Cardmember Information means any information about Cardmembers and Card transactions, including the names, addresses, account numbers, and card identification numbers (CIDs).

Cardmember Information means any information about Cardmembers and Card transactions, including names, addresses, account numbers, and CIDs. Cardmember-Initiated Transaction (CIT) means a transaction which involves direct participation of the Cardmember. Card Not Present Charge means a Charge for which the Card is not presented to you at the point of purchase (e.g., Charges by mail, telephone, over the internet or digitally (including a Digital Wallet Application-initiated Transaction but excluding Digital Wallet Contactless-Initiated Transactions)).

Cardmember Information means names, addresses, account numbers, Card Identification Numbers (CIDs), expiration date, and other information about Cardmembers. Charge or Charges means the total price, including all applicable taxes and gratuities, for the purchase of goods or services at a Program Merchant for which the Cardmember has signed a Charge Record or otherwise indicated intent to pay with the Card. Chargeback means an amount which American Express is entitled to collect from a Program Merchant in accordance with the Card Acceptance Agreement. Claim means any claim (including initial claims, counterclaims, cross-claims, and third party claims), dispute, or controversy between the parties arising from or relating to this Agreement, or the relationship resulting from this Agreement, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence, strict liability, fraud, or otherwise), or statutes, regulations, or any other theory.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).
