Cardmember means a person to whom a card is issued and includes the supplementary cardmember where the context requires;
Cardmember means the person to whom the Citibank ATM/Debit Card is issued.

More Definitions of Cardmember
Cardmember means the person, firm, or body corporate who or which is the applicant for any Card, and where the Cardmember comprises more than one person, each and every person comprising the Cardmember shall be jointly and severally liable for all the obligations of the Cardmember under this Agreement.
Cardmember or “Basic Cardmember” - The person in whose name a Card is issued to charge Transactions including Cash Withdrawals to the Account, the debtor on the Account.
