Cardholder Terms definition

Cardholder Terms means the Cardholder terms and conditions to be entered into by Cardholder for the Card program.
Cardholder Terms has the meaning given to it in Section 7.3.
Cardholder Terms means the terms and conditions between you and Mogli (acting as Card Issuer) relating to the issuance to you and the use by you of the Card.

  • The Verified by Visa Cardholder Terms of Services applies when you access or use the Account for the Verified by Visa program.

  • All applicable account fees described in the Cardholder Terms still apply.

  • Notice of the Amendment may be given in the same way as notice of amendments are given under the Cardholder Terms and Conditions.

  • To the extent of any inconsistency between them, these Terms of Use take precedence over the Cardholder Terms.

  • The Introduced Client shall ensure its Cardholders take all reasonable care to keep any security credentials relating to the use of Cards, such as PIN or any access or similar codes, where applicable, confidential and in accordance with the Modulr Account Terms and Conditions and Corporate Cardholder Terms and Conditions.

  • Capitalised terms (and the terms “we”, “us” and “you”) used in these Terms of Use, but not defined above, are defined in the Cardholder Terms.

  • This section only applies to Transactions (as defined in your Cardholder Terms and Conditions) that are completed through the use of the Service.

  • This means that any Transaction using Google Pay that is initiated by such person using the fingerprint, face identifier or Passcode will be authorised by you and the Cardholder Terms dealing with Unauthorised Transactions will not apply, which could result in significant loss or liability in relation to such Transactions.

Cardholder Terms means the Purchase, penalty and cash advance annual percentage rates together with fees charged to Accounts for each Program Card product.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Cardholder(s) persons authorized to use Association or Network branded cards.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Settlement System Code means the specifications, standards, methods, calculations and conventions established under the AUC Settlement System Code Rule 021, as amended or replaced from time to time;

  • End User Agreement means any agreement that Eligible Users are required to sign in order to participate in this Contract, including an end user agreement, customer agreement, memorandum of understanding, statement of work, lease agreement, service level agreement, or any other named separate agreement.

  • Cardholder Account is the account of a Cardholder as represented by a Card.

  • Reseller Agreement means the separate agreement between Customer and Reseller regarding the Services. The Reseller Agreement is independent of and outside the scope of This Agreement.

  • Customer Service Agreement shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement. “ Customer User” means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Cardholder means the individual named on the card to whom the Card is issued by the Bank;

  • settlement system means any infrastructure whether or not connected to the auction platform that can provide settlement services, which may include clearing, netting, management of collateral, or any other services, which ultimately enable the delivery of allowances on behalf of an auctioneer to a successful bidder or its successor in title, and the payment of the sum due by a successful bidder or its successor in title to an auctioneer, carried out through either of the following:

  • Supplier Agreement means this overarching agreement, consisting of these terms and conditions and any schedules to them, setting out the arrangements for management of the DPS, the process to apply when a Customer wishes to award Service Agreements via the DPS and the terms and conditions applicable to the carrying out of Service Agreements;

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • Prepaid Card means the MasterCard Prepaid Card that you have purchased from us;

  • Program Manual means the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Gypsy Moth Program Manual, 1994 edition.

  • Insider Trading Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the purchase, sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by Directors, Officers, Employees or other service providers who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Company or its securities.

  • Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.

  • Data Processing Agreement means the data processing agreement located at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/[countrycode]/legal/dpa, where “[countrycode]” means the two-letter abbreviation for the country where your Stripe Account is located.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Primary Cardholder means the person who applied for a Card, whose name is on the Account and who a Card is issued to. Purchase means any Transaction other than a Cash Advance.

  • Program Guidelines means any and all GLO-approved documents reflecting specific rules and regulations governing the implementation of the Program.

  • Local Service Ordering Guide or "LSOG" is a document developed by the OBF to establish industry-wide ordering and Billing processes for ordering local services.

  • Credit Card Agreement means each form of credit card agreement between Seller and an Accountholder, including credit card agreements assigned to Seller pursuant to any purchase agreement, governing the use of an Account, together with any amendments, modifications, supplements, notices, disclosures, exhibits, annexes or attachments which now or hereafter may be made to or in connection with such Credit Card Agreement (and any replacement of such agreement).

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Service and support administrator means a person, regardless of title, employed by or under contract with a county board to perform the functions of service and support administration and who holds the appropriate certification in accordance with rule 5123:2-5-02 of the Administrative Code.
