Cardholder Agreement definition

Cardholder Agreement means the agreement between Bank and a Cardholder governing the terms and use of a Card.

Cardholder Agreement means, in respect of a credit card account, the agreement or agreements between the Seller and the cardholder governing the use of such account, as any such agreement or agreements may be amended, modified or otherwise changed by the Seller from time to time.

More Definitions of Cardholder Agreement

Cardholder Agreement means an agreement between Issuer and a Cardholder for an extension of credit under an Account, and any amendments thereto and renewals thereof;
