Card Service definition

Card Service means the American Express® Card service operated by Amex its subsidiaries, Affiliates, and the licensees of each them.
Card Service means the banking services offered by us to you accessed by use of the Card as amended or replaced by us from time to time, except the Card Service does not include Telephone Banking/Online Banking.
Card Service means the service American Express and its Affiliates and the licensees of each of them provide for entities to accept the Card for the purchase by Cardmembers of goods and services.

  • By submitting a Charge to us you represent and warrant that (1) it is only for a carrier permitted to participate in the Card Service under this Agreement, (2) it is the result of a bona fide sale of goods or services to a Cardmember, (3) the amount shown on the Charge Record represents the true value of the goods or services approved by such Cardmember, and (4) it is being sent to us free and clear of any liens, pledges, claims and encumbrances.

More Definitions of Card Service

Card Service means American Express’s worldwide business and Network under which Cardmembers use Cards to make purchases of goods and services at Service Establishments. Cardmember means an individual, corporation, partnership, trust, association, or any other legally recognized entity or organization who has entered into agreement and established a Card account with any Issuer, or whose name appears on a Card.

Card Service at once if you believe your Card has been lost or stolen. Telephoning is the best way to minimize your possible losses. If you believe your Card has been lost or stolen, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your Card Account without your permission, call Card Service immediately. If you notify us within two (2) business days, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your Card without your permission. Card Service means exercising banking operations by means of the VISA or Mastercard (hereafter – “the card”) issued by the bank by the person nominated in writing by the client holding card account (hereafter referred as the “card holder”);

Related to Card Service

  • Card Services means the services that can be availed of using your Card.
