Card Replacement Fee means the fee we charge for a replacement card as detailed in the Fees Summary at section 4.6.
Card Replacement Fee. We will impose a $15.00 replacement fee if you need to replace the card because it is lost or stolen. We do not charge to replace cards for which the valid through date has passed. • Cash Out Fee: We will impose a $15.00 cash out fee if you wish to cancel the card and receive the balance of the available funds on the card in cash. LOST/STOLEN CARDS OR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS You are responsible for every transaction that occurs on the card until you report it lost or stolen. To mitigate your possible losses, you must notify us immediately in the event a card is lost or stolen by contacting us at 000-000-0000. When you contact us, you will need to provide the number set forth on the front of the card. If you have registered the card on our website, the card can be replaced if it is lost or stolen, subject to certain restrictions. You can be liable for transactions that occur after you report the card lost or stolen unless you (a) sign the signature panel of the card in ink, (b) promptly report all information regarding the loss or theft of your card, and (c) fully cooperate with any bank personnel request. We reserve the right to require an affidavit and conduct an investigation into the validity of any request to replace a lost/stolen card. We will charge a $15.00 replacement fee for any lost/stolen card, which will be deducted from the balance on the card. We may take up to thirty (30) days to process requests to replace a lost/stolen card.

Examples of Card Replacement Fee in a sentence

  • If your account is subject to a Card Replacement Fee, a fee will be charged for each replacement card that is issued to you for any reason.

  • If your account is subject to an Emergency Card Replacement Fee, a fee will be charged to your account for each emergency replacement card that is issued to you.

  • Any card replacement will be subject to a Card Replacement Fee of RM50.

  • In these circumstances, you will not be charged a Card Replacement Fee.

  • If you have not requested a replacement Card, you will not be charged a Card Replacement Fee.

  • In the event that you report to our customer service center that your Smart Card is defective or that your Smart Card has been lost, damaged or stolen, then we will replace it, unless there is evidence of unauthorized tampering or modification; in such circumstances, a Smart Card Replacement Fee (as set forth in Exhibit 1) will apply.

  • The Bank shall debit the Cardholder’s account with any withdrawals/transfer payments, Annual Fee, Chip Maintenance Fee, Card Replacement Fee, Excess Limit and all such payments as affected by the use of the Card along with related Bank charges including taxes levied by the Federal or Provincial Government and all such entries in the account shall be conclusive and binding upon the Cardholder.

(Lost/Stolen) d) Copy of a Statement Fee: We will charge your Account $5.00 per statement copy whenever you request statements for billing cycles other than the most recent 2 months. e) Rush Card Delivery Fee: We will charge your Account a rush card(s) delivery fee of $25.00 should you request overnight delivery of a card. f) Cash Advance Fee: We will charge your Account a Cash Advance fee of $10.00 minimum or 4% of the amount of the advance, but not more than $120.00, when you obtain a Cash Advance in the form of cash, currency, or vouchers redeemable for cash, and similar cash or cash-equivalent transactions (including without limitation Cash Advances obtained from an automated teller machine (ATM), the Credit Union, or other financial institution. g) Balance Transfer and Convenience Check Fee: We will charge your Account a Cash Advance fee of $10.00 minimum or 4% of the amount of the advance, but not more than $120.00, when you transfer a balance to the Account or use a Convenience Check (unless specifically waived during a special promotion). h) Overdraft Protection Fee: We will charge your Account an Overdraft Protection Fee of $10.00 minimum or 4% of the amount of each overdraft transaction, but not more than $120.00, when you obtain a checking account overdraft advance. i) Account Reinstatement Fee: We will charge your Account a Reinstatement fee of $25.00 if your request to have a closed or revoked Account reinstated is approved by the Credit Union. j) Foreign Transaction Fee: For Purchases and Cash Advances processed outside of the United States of America, we will charge your account a Foreign Transaction fee of 3% of the transaction amount, regardless of whether there is a currency conversion associated with the transaction. A Purchase or Cash Advance processed outside of the United States of America means any Purchase or Cash Advance that you complete or a merchant processes on your card, including through the Internet, outside of the fifty United States, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. As outlined in Section 14 Foreign Transactions, Purchases and Xxxx Advances made in foreign currencies will be billed to you in U.S. dollars. 9.

Related to Card Replacement Fee

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.

  • Term SOFR Replacement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(b).

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Administrative Fee is defined in Section 4.1(a).

  • Replacement Costs means the expenditures for obtaining and installing equipment, accessories or appurtenances which are necessary during the useful life of the treatment works to maintain the capacity and performance for which such works were designed and constructed.

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Structuring Fee has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.
