Card Limits definition

Card Limits has the meaning as defined in clause 3.1.
Card Limits means the various limits prescribed by us in relation to total Card Transactions effected in a day (including but not limited to ATM cash withdrawals, POS transactions, Cash Back and Contactless Transactions).
Card Limits means the Monthly Limit, the Daily Limit and the Transaction Limit collectively relating to an Account.

Card Limits means each of the following limits collectively: “Transaction Limit” is the maximum dollar amount available per purchase, per card as set by the Account Holder, or a default of $1500 “Daily Limit” is the maximum dollar amount available per day, per card as set by the Account Holder, or a default of $2000 “Monthly limit” is the maximum dollar amount available per month, per card as set by the Account Holder, or a default of $5000 “Credit Limit” means the maximum amount of credit which Company will extend to the Account Holder for Mobilcard Purchases.
Card Limits means the maximum permissible limit(s) prescribed by TenX and/or the Card Issuer as being applicable to uses of the Card for Card Transactions, and whether with reference to time periods, total value of Card Transactions, types of Card Transactions, types of accounts or with reference to any other factors that TenX and/or the Card Issuer may deem fit, or a combination of one or more of the aforesaid factors, with:
Card Limits means the various limits prescribed by us in relation to total Card Transactions effected in a day (including but not limited to ATM cash withdrawals, POS transactions, Cash Back and Contactless Transactions). “Contactless Reader” means a point-of sale device at which contactless-enabled cards may be used to execute transactions for the payment of goods and/or services , either by tapping the contactless- enabled card against the reader or by waving the contactless-enabled card on a contactless basis over or against such reader, without requiring any signature, PIN or other authentication on your part as the cardholder.
Card Limits means those Program Parameters involving any and all restrictions, rules, or limits established by CBKC relating to the number or dollar amount of types, amounts, frequency, and location of Transactions or such other restrictions, rules, or limits established for a Program in order to comply with CBKC’s obligations under the Rules or Applicable Law or to mitigate risk.

Related to Card Limits

  • Lead Limits means the maximum concentrations of lead and lead compounds (“Lead”) by weight specified in Section 3.2.

  • Award Limit means with respect to Awards that shall be payable in Shares or in cash, as the case may be, the respective limit set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Annual limit on intake or "ALI" means the derived limit for the amount of radioactive material taken into the body of an adult worker by inhalation or ingestion in a year. ALI is the smaller value of intake of a given radionuclide in a year by the reference man that would result in a committed effective dose equivalent of 0.05 sievert (five rem) or a committed dose equivalent of 0.5 sievert (fifty rem) to any individual organ or tissue. ALI values for intake by ingestion and by inhalation of selected radionuclides are given in appendix C to rule 3701:1-38-12 of the Administrative Code.

  • Sub-Limit Defined in the Fee and Pricing Letter, which definition is incorporated herein by reference.

  • Facility Limit means $100,000,000 as reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.02(e). References to the unused portion of the Facility Limit shall mean, at any time of determination, an amount equal to (x) the Facility Limit at such time, minus (y) the sum of the Aggregate Capital plus the LC Participation Amount.

  • Vote Limit means the percentage interest specified in a Vote Limit Certificate by a Vote Limited Member pursuant to which such Member (together with such Vote Limited Member’s affiliates) will be irrevocably limited to such Vote Limit in any vote taken under Sections 2.1, 2.8, 2.9 and 8.2.

  • Card Number means the 16-digit number on the front of your Card.

  • Aggregate Limit shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Concentration Limit means, at any time, for any Obligor, 2% of the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables, or such other amount (a “Special Concentration Limit”) for such Obligor designated by Agent and consented to by each Purchaser; provided, that in the case of an Obligor and any Affiliate of such Obligor, the Concentration Limit shall be calculated as if such Obligor and such Affiliate are one Obligor; and provided, further, that Agent may, upon not less than three Business Days’ notice to Seller, cancel any Special Concentration Limit.

  • Plantwide applicability limitation (PAL means an emission limitation expressed in tons per year, for a pollutant at a major stationary source, that is enforceable as a practical matter and established source-wide in accordance with Chapter 19, section 011.

  • FTR Credit Limit means the amount of credit established with PJMSettlement that an FTR Participant has specifically designated to be used for FTR activity in a specific customer account. Any such credit so set aside shall not be considered available to satisfy any other credit requirement the FTR Participant may have with PJMSettlement.

  • Loan Limit means, at any time, the lesser of (a) the Total Commitment at such time and (b) the Borrowing Base at such time (including as it may be reduced pursuant to Section 2.14(h)).

  • Positive beam limitation means the automatic or semi-automatic adjustment of an x-ray beam to the size of the selected image receptor, whereby exposures cannot be made without such adjustment.

  • Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity. If expressed as a flow quantity it means "Maximum Daily Flow" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Concentration Limitations has the meaning set forth in Schedule 4.

  • Annual Limit means the maximum amount claimable per person in a calendar year, unless otherwise stated.

  • Formula Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
