Card Fees definition

Card Fees means the Merchant’s discount rate and the other fees that Merchant is obliged to pay that are based on Card Association fees or rates, as set out in the Fee Schedule under the heading “Merchant Discount Rate Program”.
Card Fees means any one time, periodical or regular fees that may be levied by the Client to Cardholders and deducted from Card Funds.

Examples of Card Fees in a sentence

  • The full amount of any such pass-through Card Fees incurred in any month will be set out on the Merchant monthly statement.

  • There may be a fee associated with a Replacement Card (see Card Fees above).

  • Merchant shall be liable to pay for the full month’s Card Fees and Other Fees even if the Services are terminated before the end of the month for any reason.

  • There may be a fee associated with ordering a replacement Card (see Card Fees above).

  • Merchant agrees that the Card Fees will be debited from the Settlement Account and the Other Fees will be debited from the Service Account in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement.

  • Merchant understands that it is solely responsible for the full amount levied by a Card Association for any Card Fees listed on the Fee Schedule as “Pass-through” and that the Servicers will not be responsible for any portion of these amounts.

  • Effective July 1, 2010, each contractor upon payment of his/her annual Shop Card/Bond Fee shall be automatically bonded for $25,000.00 by the LMCC Bond Fund which shall be funded from part of the Annual Shop Card Fees.

  • There shall be no terms or conditions in any Merchant Agreement which allow the Card Processor to make claims against the Authority for any unpaid fees, charges or other amounts due from Contractor for services performed by the Card Processor including, Card Fees or Chargebacks or which describe or create a liability of any kind for the Authority.


More Definitions of Card Fees

Card Fees means the interchange fee and assessments charged by a Card Organisation. This fee will increase or decrease as a result of changes in the fees or assessments set by the various card organisations from time to time.
Card Fees mean all fees owed by Cardholder and debited against the balance of a Card, including as applicable, dormancy fees and fees for replacing a lost, stolen or damaged Card, as approved by CBKC in accordance with Section 2.4 and set forth in the Card Fee Schedule for each Program.
Card Fees means the fees that the Purchaser shall pay to the Selected Bidder for every smart card procured or issued, as the case may be, as defined.
Card Fees or “Service Fee”: Means any charges payable by a Customer/Cardholder to the Bank in respect of a Card from time to time including, without limitation, the amount incurred by the Customer/Cardholder on all Card Transactions, service charges, issuance, renewal, balance transfers and replacement fees. • “Personal Identification Number (PIN) “: Means the Card’s secret special number delivered by the Bank to the Customer in a sealed envelope.
Card Fees means any and all fees imposed by EZI Debit, PayPal or another payment platform in relation to Us charging the Card as described in clause 4.2, including but not limited to the EZI Debit fee of $14.80 for each attempt to charge the Card as described in clause 4.2.3.
Card Fees means the NCMC card fees for a maximum of Rs. 100/- which shall be charged by the Bidder directly from the user for every NCMC card procured or issued, as the case may be, as defined in Clause 8.1(3). Further, the Selected Bidder should pay the incentive to the conductors or any other person to authorize the issue of card through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) as a part of monthly settlement.

Related to Card Fees

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Card Issuer means the financial institution or company which has provided a Card to a Cardholder.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Credit Card Advance Rate means 90%.

  • Credit Card Issuer means any Person (other than a Loan Party) who issues or whose members issue credit cards or debit cards, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards issued through MasterCard International, Inc., Visa, U.S.A., Inc. or Visa International and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and other non-bank credit or debit cards, including, without limitation, credit or debit cards issued by or through American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. or Discover Financial Services, Inc.

  • Credit Card Agreement means each form of credit card agreement between Seller and an Accountholder, including credit card agreements assigned to Seller pursuant to any purchase agreement, governing the use of an Account, together with any amendments, modifications, supplements, notices, disclosures, exhibits, annexes or attachments which now or hereafter may be made to or in connection with such Credit Card Agreement (and any replacement of such agreement).

  • Cardholder(s) persons authorized to use Association or Network branded cards.

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • Debit means a charge or an amount of money somebody must pay. If we debit money to you or debit money to your account, that money is then added to the unpaid balance and the unpaid balance becomes larger. In this case “charge” and “debit” have similar meanings.

  • Front End Fees means fees and expenses paid by any party for any services rendered to organize the Company and to acquire assets for the Company, including Organization and Offering Expenses, Acquisition Fees, Acquisition Expenses, and any other similar fees, however designated by the Board.

  • Credit/Debit Card means a thin plastic card that contains identification information, with the help of which the cardholder can pay for purchases and services, as well as withdraw cash from the account.

  • Card Services means the services that can be availed of using your Card.

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • Credit Card Agreements means all agreements now or hereafter entered into by any Borrower or any Guarantor for the benefit of any Borrower, in each case with any Credit Card Issuer or any Credit Card Processor, as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced, including, but not limited to, the agreements set forth on Schedule 8.16 hereto.

  • Cardholder means the individual named on the card to whom the Card is issued by the Bank;

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • User fees or "tolls" means the rates, tolls, fees, or

  • Credit Card Processor means any servicing or processing agent or any factor or financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any Borrower’s or Guarantor’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer.

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions;

  • Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.
