Card Association Rules definition

Card Association Rules means the rules, regulations, standards, policies, manuals, and procedures of the Card Associations, including, with respect to the processing of credit card information, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
Card Association Rules means any and all rules, regulations, standards, policies, manuals, and procedures of any applicable credit or debit card networks or associations (including, with respect to the processing of credit card information, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)) governing the collection or use of personal information and payment card information.
Card Association Rules means the rules, regulations and policies of the Card Associations as they currently apply or as same may be amended, modified or replaced from time to time;

  • If any such inspection results in Planet Payment or Acquirer being notified that Planet Payment is not in compliance with any applicable laws, Card Association Rules, etc., Planet Payment shall promptly remedy such non-compliance.

  • In the event of a termination due to Card Association Rules, Bank agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to work with the applicable Card Associations to pursue alternatives to termination and/or alternative institutions to assume Bank’s obligations under this Agreement.

  • If any such inspection results in Planet Payment or GPPC being notified that Planet Payment is not in compliance with any applicable laws, Card Association Rules, etc., Planet Payment shall promptly remedy such non-compliance.

  • To the extent GLBA, other Laws or Card Association Rules require additional or modified security, privacy or confidentiality contractual arrangements between the Parties, the Parties shall in good faith identify and execute such additional or modified agreements as are so required.

  • Company shall not be responsible for the cost of Bank’s compliance with any Card Association Rules, data security or other requirements that relate to or are necessitated by Bank’s own card issuing activities, and Bank shall bear the cost of changes made at Bank’s direction or at the direction of a regulator of Bank unless such changes are necessitated by or relate to the provision of services by the Bank hereunder.

  • At no additional charge, Supplier shall provide Advanta with any data and reports in Supplier’s possession that are required for Advanta to comply with, or otherwise applicable to Advanta’s compliance with, any Laws or Card Association Rules.

Card Association Rules means the rules, regulations, bylaws, standards, policies, and procedures of the Card Associations, including with respect to the processing of payment card information, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS), the Payment Application Data Security Standards (PA-DSS).
Card Association Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.
Card Association Rules means the written rules, regulations, releases, guidelines, processes, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Card Association.

Related to Card Association Rules

  • Common Rules means the rules and regulations specified in Schedule [G] to be observed by the Apartment Acquirers for the common, peaceful, effective and harmonious use and enjoyment of the Project;
