caravan means a vehicle that is fitted or designed to allow human habitation and which is drawn by another vehicle, or which is capable of self-propulsion;
caravan. /”trailer” means any caravan or trailer that is less than (a) 3.5 tonnes; (b) 7.0m (23ft) long including a tow bar; (c) 2.55 metres wide; and (d) 3 metres high;
