Capital Works definition

Capital Works means construction work or the procurement and installation of capital equipment intended to extend, rehabilitate or replace the Facilities.
Capital Works means the acquisition of land, the construction, modification and renovation of buildings and the purchase of plant and equipment, or any of those things.
Capital Works means the construction work in respect to the Project carried on or near the lease or leases held by the Owner in the Wood Buffalo Region north of Fort XxXxxxxx.

Capital Works means works, undertaken by the farmer personally or by the farmer's workers, that create an asset;
