Capital Replacement Fund Contribution definition

Capital Replacement Fund Contribution is the amount that the Scheme Operator contributes to the Capital Replacement Fund from a new Resident’s Ingoing Contribution.
Capital Replacement Fund Contribution means the contribution to the Capital Replacement Fund determined and paid by the Scheme Operator in accordance with the Act.
