Capital Percentage definition

Capital Percentage means a percentage established for each Member as of each Expense Allocation Date. The Capital Percentage of a Member on an Expense Allocation Date shall be determined by dividing the amount of capital contributed to the Fund by the Member pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof by the sum of the capital contributed to the Fund by each Member pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof on or prior to such Expense Allocation Date. The sum of the Capital Percentages of all Members on each Expense Allocation Date shall equal 100%.
Capital Percentage means, with respect to the interest of a Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries in another Person, the percentage interest of such Person based on the aggregate amount of net capital contributed by such Borrower or such Subsidiary in such Person at the time of determination relative to all capital contributions made in such Person at such time of determination.
Capital Percentage means, with respect to a Member, as of any determination date, a percentage, expressed as a fraction the numerator of which is the Capital Account balance of such Member and the denominator of which is the aggregate Capital Accounts balances of all Members.
