Capital P&D Scheme definition

Capital P&D Scheme means a Capital Firm Scheme in relation to which the Relevant Consortium Member holds or will hold a Secure Legal Interest (P&D); Capital Scheme Transition has the meaning given to such term in Clause 6.5.1 (Capital Indicative Schemes); Capital Substitute Scheme has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 8.1 (Capital Firm Scheme substitution and additions); CDM Regulations means the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 S.I. No. 2015/51; CEDR means the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution;
Capital P&D Scheme means a Capital Firm Scheme in relation to which the Grant Recipient holds or will hold a Secure Legal Interest (P&D); Capital Scheme Transition has the meaning given to such term in Clause 6.5 (Capital Indicative Schemes); Capital Substitute Scheme has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 8.1 (Capital Firm Scheme substitution and additions); CDM Regulations means the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 S.I. No. 2015/51; CEDR means the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution; Change in Control means the Grant Recipient is or will be subject to a process of local government re-organisation approved by the Secretary of State which results in another local authority obtaining the legal capacity, power and authority to become a party to and to perform the obligations of the Grant Recipient under this Agreement; CIPFA means the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy; Competent Authority means as the case may be

  • approved scheme means a share option scheme, other than a savings-related share option scheme, approved under Schedule 4.

  • approved blood scheme means a scheme established or approved by the Secretary of State, or trust established with funds provided by the Secretary of State, for the purpose of providing compensation in respect of a person having been infected from contaminated blood products;

  • collective investment scheme means any arrangements with respect to property of any description, including money, the purpose or effect of which is to enable Persons taking part in the arrangements (whether by becoming owners of the property or any part of it or otherwise) to participate in or receive profits or income arising from the acquisition, holding, management or disposal of the property or sums paid out of such profits or income.

  • Net Capital Proceeds means the net cash proceeds received by the Partnership in connection with (i) any Sale, (ii) any borrowing or refinancing of borrowing(s) by the Partnership, (iii) any condemnation or deeding in lieu of condemnation of all or a portion of any Property, (iv) any collection in respect of property, hazard, or casualty insurance (but not business interruption insurance) or any damage award; or (v) any other transaction the proceeds of which, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, are considered to be capital in nature, in each case, after deduction of (a) all costs and expenses incurred by the Partnership with regard to such transactions (including, without limitation, any repayment of any indebtedness required to be repaid as a result of such transaction or which the General Partner elects to pay out of the proceeds of such transaction, together with accrued interest and premium, if any, thereon and any sales commissions or other costs or expenses due and payable to any Person in connection therewith, including to a Partner or its Affiliates), and (b) all amounts expended by the Partnership for the acquisition of additional Properties, Mortgages or other investments or for capital repairs or improvements to any Property with such cash proceeds.

  • the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme means the scheme of that name administered by the Common Services Agency (constituted under section 10 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(b));

  • Natural background means the condition of waters in the absence of man-induced alterations based on the best scientific information available to the Department. The establishment of natural background for an altered waterbody may be based upon a similar unaltered waterbody or on historical pre-alteration data. 62-302.200(15), FAC.

  • Capital Proceeds means the gross receipts received by the Company from a Capital Transaction.

  • authorised scheme means Work No. 1A described in paragraph 2 of Part 1 of this licence;

  • community centre means any school, railway station, police station and other location providing a service to the community;

  • Company Acquisition Proposal means any offer, indication of interest or proposal (other than an offer or proposal made or submitted by or on behalf of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries) contemplating or otherwise relating to any Company Acquisition Transaction.

  • Class Member Address Search means the Administrator’s investigation and search for current Class Member mailing addresses using all reasonably available sources, methods and means including, but not limited to, the National Change of Address database, skip traces, and direct contact by the Administrator with Class Members.

  • parent financial holding company in a Member State means a financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in the same Member State;

  • parent mixed financial holding company in a Member State means a mixed financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in that same Member State;

  • Community college means a community college established under Iowa Code chapter 260C.
