Capital Member definition

Capital Member means any Member holding Company Interests with respect to which Capital Contributions have been, or have been deemed to have been, previously made.
Capital Member means each Member that shall have made Capital Contributions to the Company.
Capital Member means Quantum.

More Definitions of Capital Member

Capital Member shall refer severally to any person named as a Capital Member in this Agreement and any person who becomes an additional, substitute or replacement Capital Member as permitted by this Agreement, in such person's capacity as a Capital Member of the LLC. "Capital Members" shall refer collectively to all such persons in their capacities as Capital Members.
Capital Member means any Member, other than the Bankruptcy Estate, who made an Initial Capital Contribution, or any Assignee thereof or any transferee thereof admitted as a Member pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
