Capital Increases definition

Capital Increases has the meaning set out in Recital F.2).
Capital Increases means, collectively, the BDI PharmaceuticalsCapital Increase in, VLP’s Capital Increase and the Company’s Capital Increase.
Capital Increases has the meaning ascribed thereto in Recital B.
