Capital Improvement Plan definition

Capital Improvement Plan means a plan that establishes the capital improvements required to implement an approved operational master plan. This plan should extend over a minimum period of six years to define long-range capital improvement requirements and the annual capital improvements budget for a user agency.
Capital Improvement Plan means, with respect to a particular Property, the capital improvement plan for such Property approved by Lender, which plan shall contain the anticipated date of completion for each capital improvement and a consolidated summary of such capital improvement plan in the form of EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
